Junior School Empowerment Project

During the first 6 weeks of Term 2 the Junior School participated in Cranbourne South Primary School’s first ever Empowerment Project. The students selected an activity and spent four Friday afternoons working together and and developing new skills. In week five of the Project, the students participated in an open afternoon, where they presented to their peers and families, sharing their thoughts and feelings about their activity and what they had learned and achieved. Finally, each student was presented with one of our 4P value ribbons, Positivity, Persistence, Pride and Passion, showing the school value they had demonstrated throughout the Project. Students, staff, volunteers and the outside businesses involved should feel proud of the high level of engagement and pride that was shown throughout the duration of the Empowerment Project.
