It has come to our attention that during the past few weeks parents have been experiencing some difficulty in placing their lunch orders through the Flexibuzz app.
Flexischools is the ordering app that Bazil Catering uses.
Flexischools is an app that is used nationally and in peak times is struggling to keep up with the demand. While they are working to fix this issue there are a few steps parents can take to ensure their order gets through to Bazil Catering.
- Plan ahead and place your order at least the day before you require your lunch order.
- If you place an order regularly on a Thursday or Friday you are able to set up a reoccurring order.
- If you are experiencing difficulty you are able to contact the school office for Bazil Catering’s contact number. Bazil Catering are willing to take an order over the phone whilst these issues are being rectified.
