Thanks for being a part of uLearn Music. It’s great to see students progress and achieve new skills over time. I’m looking forward to seeing the performances at the end of year concert.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of payment by some students/parents I have to introduce a new policy.
As of term 3, 2018, lessons must be paid 1 week in advance. Please organise for your payments to be made in advance so that lessons can continue uninterrupted. If payment hasn’t been made, you will be notified that the student has been temporarily suspended from the class until you have caught up. If more than two weeks go by and payment has not been resolved, the spot will be forfeited and given to new students. If you decide to pay in installments, please organise for this to be done automatically.
If your account is currently overdue, please organise to pay this by Monday 9th July. Please log on to the portal with your email address and review the accounts section to review your account.
The term invoice will be sent on Monday 2nd July. Please read this email, and especially the invoice attachment which lists the lesson days and times. Please use your surname and invoice number as the reference. E.g. Surname181234
